The inspiration for the design of the facade was the Baku architectural ensemble "Icheri-Sheher", the common people "Fortress" or "Old Town". For the decoration of the facade used travertine and ceramic tiles of sky-blue color. The main Mudejar style, in which the Gothic and Moorish style are interwoven. The entrance is crowned by an arch in the Moroccan style. Another main decoration of the facade was a stained glass window with patterns in the national style of Azerbaijan. Gates and fences are made of forging and resemble the graceful branches of young trees.
