This is a concept project of a modern creative center. We assume that there will be artists 'and designers' workshops, an exhibition hall, a design studio, a showroom. The building itself consists of 2 floors. The second floor is rotated 45 degrees, due to which protruding consoles with balconies appeared. In the center formed a cozy patio with a lawn and benches. At the entrance there is a small pond. Decking, facing brick, painting and glass are used to finish the facade. There is a large green area around the building so that at any moment you can go out and admire nature.
