The private house with the adjacent plot is made in high-tech style. White cladding bricks were used for the facade, WPC panels of golden oak, metal and wenge wood in combination with panoramic glazing were used. The facade of the house has a strict geometric shape. The site is compactly located carport, summer kitchen area, swimming pool and minimalist landscape compositions along the perimeter of the site
